Behavioral Health Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Deliver personalized telehealth and/or onsite coaching services for clients of Intellect.

• Concentrate on non-clinical issues such as workplace stress, procrastination, and maintaining work-life balance.

• Assist employees in reaching their personal, professional, or relational objectives.

• Work in conjunction with Intellect’s internal clinical team to enhance EAP programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualification: Must possess an active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification.

• Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in coaching methodologies and evidence-based practices (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).

• Experience: ICF Coaches should have accumulated over 200 coaching hours.
