Behavioral Health Clinician – Crisis Assessment, Care Navigation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Employ evidence-based interventions to effectively manage client crises, conducting brief risk assessments, creating safety plans, and de-escalating situations to facilitate client connections to treatment.

• Utilize Lyra’s proprietary software and other methods to identify obstacles to clinical care for our clients, ensuring connections to the most suitable treatment based on their unique needs and preferences.

• Assume independent responsibility for managing a caseload of clients with complex and diverse needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Master’s degree in clinical social work or a related field**; LCSW or equivalent independent clinical licensure is mandatory (e.g. LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc.), or a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (RN). We are unable to offer supervised hours toward licensure. Candidates lacking a state license to provide independent mental health services will not be considered (with the exception of RN licensure).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric intake, assessment, RB, or similar roles is required.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience is necessary (EAP/clinical call center experience is preferred).

• Extensive experience in managing high-risk clinical situations, such as suicidality and mandated reporting.

• Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish are highly preferred (but not mandatory).

• Must be a full-time resident of the United States; work cannot be conducted from outside the United States.
