Behavioral Economist / Growth Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Developing experiments aimed at minimizing obstacles in the sharing of joyful experiences.

• Designing experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of presenting habitual choices.

• Creating product experiments (focusing on completion rates, habit adoption, etc.) and assessing the trade-offs related to successful actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong emphasis on rapid experimentation cycles for learning and prioritizing high-growth areas.

• Ability to prototype and suggest design enhancements based on proven experience.

• Experience in conducting user interviews and managing pilot programs.

• Comfort with technical aspects or a willingness to learn; ideally, proficiency in writing clean and concise code in SQL, R, and/or Python.

• In-depth understanding of experimental design and methodologies, ranging from quasi-experiments to A/B testing.

• Knowledge of behavioral science theories and concepts relevant to growth and product metrics.

• Solid foundation in statistics and/or econometrics.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
