Behavior Technician, Kids

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Engage in one-on-one interactions with clients in their home environments.

• Implement a play-based methodology customized to align with each child's specific interests.

• Gather and assess data related to client development.

• Deliver direct support and engagement to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a High School Diploma is required.

• A dependable form of transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance are necessary.

• Successful completion of a TB test is mandatory.

• Must clear a DOJ/FBI Live Scan criminal background investigation.

• Experience in childcare is preferred.

• Background in tutoring is preferred.

• Caregiving experience is preferred.

• Availability after school is preferred.

• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred.

• Experience working with special needs individuals is preferred.

• Weekend availability is preferred.

• Child development experience is preferred.

• Nanny experience is preferred.

• Babysitting experience is preferred.

• Direct care experience is preferred.

• Experience as a Behavior Therapist is preferred.

• Experience as a Behavioral Technician is preferred.

• Therapy experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in Spanish is highly desired but not mandatory.
