This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Engage in one-on-one interactions with clients in their home environments.
β’ Implement a play-based methodology customized to align with each child's specific interests.
β’ Gather and assess data related to client development.
β’ Deliver direct support and engagement to clients.
β’ A minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
β’ A dependable form of transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance are necessary.
β’ Successful completion of a TB test is mandatory.
β’ Must clear a DOJ/FBI Live Scan criminal background investigation.
β’ Experience in childcare is preferred.
β’ Background in tutoring is preferred.
β’ Caregiving experience is preferred.
β’ Availability after school is preferred.
β’ Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred.
β’ Experience working with special needs individuals is preferred.
β’ Weekend availability is preferred.
β’ Child development experience is preferred.
β’ Nanny experience is preferred.
β’ Babysitting experience is preferred.
β’ Direct care experience is preferred.
β’ Experience as a Behavior Therapist is preferred.
β’ Experience as a Behavioral Technician is preferred.
β’ Therapy experience is preferred.
β’ Proficiency in Spanish is highly desired but not mandatory.
