This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Utilize play, games, and evidence-based methods to assist children in developing communication, social, and life skills in a remote setting.
• Infuse energy and empathy into every session, whether it takes place at a child's residence, one of our centers, or within the community.
• Adhere to personalized plans crafted by our clinical leaders while recognizing small achievements that contribute to significant growth.
• Excel in a dynamic, flexible role where each day presents unique challenges and experiences.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)
• Preference for Telehealth/Virtual Experience
• Flexible availability, particularly on Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays
• Verification of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – as mandated by CA)
• Access to reliable transportation
• Comfort in working with diverse populations
• Willingness to undergo training and maintain documentation
• Ability to frequently sit and stand while keeping pace with your client
