This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct outreach to business owners and key decision-makers efficiently and accurately.
• Arrange qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Identify and map out qualified leads within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Develop personalized engagement strategies and execute effective follow-ups.
• Attend management meetings and training sessions focused on enhancing performance.
• Work towards monthly targets while monitoring performance metrics.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Background in B2B outbound prospecting.
• Self-motivated and independent individual with a strong emphasis on pipeline development.
• Experience leveraging LinkedIn as a proactive prospecting tool.
• Ambition to cultivate a broad network with leading industry players.
• Eagerness for personal and professional growth.
• Drive to become one of the top corporate Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in Brazil.
• Experience in consultative selling and handling high-ticket sales (preferred).
• Understanding of methodologies such as SPIN Selling and BANT (preferred).
• Prior experience with CRMs, particularly Pipedrive (preferred).
• Previous phone-based sales experience (preferred).
• Access to Gympass.
