This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in structuring and expanding the commercial operation.
• Actively contribute to generating qualified opportunities within a consultative sales context and higher ticket values.
• Generate a pipeline by employing commercial intelligence and maintaining close collaboration with leadership.
• Work in a collaborative environment with genuine opportunities for growth.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pre-sales or B2B prospecting.
• Experience with outbound strategies and lead qualification.
• Higher education either ongoing or completed (in commercial areas, HR, or related fields).
• Strong organization and discipline in managing the sales funnel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Desired interest or knowledge in HR solutions, BPO, or labor legislation.

• Interest in engaging in sales with higher complexity (high ticket).
• Fixed salary: R$ 3,000.00 (CLT)
• Average variable compensation between R$ 700.00 and R$ 1,000.00 (based on performance)
• Meal voucher: R$ 31.00 per working day
• Transportation voucher (with a discount of up to 6% as per law 7.418/1985)
• Medical assistance (Amil plan with 50% subsidized for the employee)
• 100% remote work model available across Brazil, with a preference for candidates based in São Paulo for potential in-person meetings.
• Work schedule from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 (with a 1-hour break).
