This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of BDRs to consistently meet and surpass pipeline goals, fostering a collaborative and dynamic culture where team members hold one another accountable and celebrate each other’s achievements.
• Provide continuous guidance, structured performance evaluations, and skill enhancement so that every representative on the team is improving, not merely staying busy.
• Demonstrate a consultative, insight-driven approach to outbound prospecting, especially in the healthcare compliance sector, ensuring the team engages with the right perspective from the initial conversation.
• Develop and implement a BDR strategy that promotes consistent lead generation and pipeline expansion within our target market of healthcare providers and vendors.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure BDR outreach is closely aligned with go-to-market strategies, messaging, and campaign timelines.
• Experiment with and refine outreach methods, sequences, and strategies to enhance reach and conversion over time.
• Continuously optimize BDR workflows, from prospecting and sequencing to handoff, ensuring the team operates efficiently and provides a seamless experience for prospects.
• Establish clear, measurable KPIs that offer the team real-time insights into performance and instill confidence in leadership regarding pipeline contributions.
• Utilize HubSpot and other tools to streamline processes, maintain data integrity, and keep activity and pipeline metrics up to date and accurate.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions and a consistent prospect experience from initial contact to closing.
• Represent the BDR team in wider go-to-market discussions, providing field insights to ensure strategy and messaging reflect actual outreach experiences.
• Generate regular reports on BDR performance, pipeline contributions, and team metrics, translating that data into actionable recommendations rather than mere statistics.
• Analyze performance trends to foresee challenges and proactively adjust strategies, ensuring the team is seldom caught off guard regarding their standings.
• 3 to 5 years of experience managing a BDR team, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based setting.
• Understanding of the healthcare or healthcare compliance sectors and a genuine appreciation for the value that a structured compliance program provides to organizations that require one.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM management and sequence creation, along with familiarity with phone and outreach tools.
• A data-driven mindset for decision-making: utilizing KPIs to evaluate team performance and direction, rather than solely for reporting purposes.
• Extensive experience in outbound calling, objection handling, and value-based selling, with the capability to effectively coach these skills to others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across various levels.
• Highly organized and results-focused, with the discipline to keep a remote team engaged and progressing in a fast-paced environment.
