This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take full responsibility for 100% outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
• Schedule qualified meetings and develop a pipeline as one of the inaugural BDRs.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to define and implement the outbound sales strategy.
• Leverage AI tools to customize outreach and enhance your productivity without compromising quality.
• 1–2 years of experience in a fully outbound BDR or SDR position.
• Experience with an early-stage startup (Seed – Series B) — preference for smaller, lesser-known tech companies.
• Proven proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn as a key channel for prospecting.
• Regular use of AI tools in your everyday sales activities.
• Capability to substantiate your achievements with metrics — such as dials made, meetings scheduled, and quota fulfillment.
• Attractive compensation package: $55K–$65K base | $75K–$95K OTE, along with equity in a well-supported company.
