BDR – Admisiones y Matriculación de Grado Universitario, Industria Biofarmacéutica

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design, build, and implement from scratch the recruitment, admission, and enrollment funnel for the new university degree, establishing strategic relationships and trust with students, families, and educational institutions.

• Manage the entire admission process from lead generation to enrollment.

• Conduct personalized meetings, calls, and follow-ups with students and families.

• Address inquiries, provide guidance, and support key decision-making with insight and empathy.

• Develop and optimize the recruitment funnel and its automations.

• Actively generate and manage qualified leads.

• Visit schools, educational centers, and universities to present the degree program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the education sector, particularly in: university admissions, student recruitment, and launching or developing new programs or degrees.

• Experience interacting with families and institutional environments.

• Availability to attend fairs, events, school visits, or institutional representation.

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level (essential).

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree.

• Proficient in CRM and digital tools (HubSpot, Notion, Office, automations).
