This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and pursue new B2B clients throughout Australia
• Prospect, assess, and transform leads into active customers
• Engage in outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Market A4 copy paper (premium, eco-friendly, and bulk supply) to:
• Print shops and commercial printing businesses
• Corporate offices and small to medium enterprises (SMEs)
• Educational institutions, childcare facilities, and schools
• Office supply distributors
• Present product options, pricing details, and value propositions
• Negotiate pricing effectively and confidently close sales
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships for repeat business
• Oversee sales pipeline utilizing CRM systems
• Monitor leads, opportunities, and conversion metrics
• Collaborate closely with operations and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Exceptional spoken and written English (ESSENTIAL)
• 3–5+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
• Proven closing abilities with a successful sales history
• Comfortable with outbound sales and adept at managing objections
• Experience with CRM systems (GHL, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and focused on results
• Highly regarded experience in the Australian market
• Background in paper, printing, office supplies, or FMCG sales
• Established network of printers, resellers, or corporate clients
• Understanding of A4 paper specifications (GSM, CIE, FSC, etc.)
• Base Salary + Commission Structure
