This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee both inbound and outbound customer interactions for partner dealerships.
• Exceptional communication abilities are essential.
• Practical experience in managing customer inquiries and scheduling appointments.
• Assist dealership operations to improve customer satisfaction and promote success.
• Demonstrated experience in a BDC role or a comparable customer service/appointment-setting position.
• Proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., VinSolutions, DealerSocket, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle a substantial volume of leads.
• Openness to working in a dynamic dealership atmosphere.
• Capacity to adhere to scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural conversational style.
