BCBA – Start with One Case & Grow at Your Pace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment plans.

• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with family members and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.

• Keep precise records and ensure that services meet ethical and clinical guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a comparable field.

• Experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
