BCBA – Sponsored CEUs, Mentorship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral assessments and create personalized ABA treatment plans.

• Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians as they implement programs.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with ethical and clinical standards in service delivery.

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
