This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Maintain precise documentation and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote role with flexible work hours.
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseloads.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licenses.
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager available for ongoing support to ensure clinical and professional success.
