This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
β’ Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
β’ Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise records and ensure that services comply with ethical and clinical guidelines.
β’ Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
β’ Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related area.
β’ Prior experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Fully remote position with flexible scheduling.
β’ No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
β’ LBA Expansion Program with support and reimbursement for additional state licensure.
