This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create customized ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure that services adhere to ethical and clinical standards.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote role with adaptable scheduling.
• No specified minimum or maximum caseload limits.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager to provide continuous assistance and ensure clinical and professional achievement.
