This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment plans
• Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians executing programs
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives
• Ensure meticulous documentation and that services comply with ethical and clinical standards
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline
• Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements
• No non-compete agreements
• LBA Expansion Program with support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager to provide continuous support and help ensure clinical and professional success
