This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies

• Deliver clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs

• Track client advancement and modify treatment plans as necessary

• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives

• Keep precise records and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical guidelines

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a similar discipline

• Experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
