This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and design tailored ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in conjunction with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate treatment objectives.
• Ensure precise documentation and compliance with ethical and clinical standards in services provided.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseloads.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
