This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Perform behavioral assessments and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise documentation and confirm that services adhere to ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote ABA services to children and families across various states.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseloads.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program that offers support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager to provide continuous support and assist in achieving clinical and professional success.
