This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in conjunction with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and guarantee that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
• No set minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
