This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Conduct assessments of behavior and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise documentation and ensure that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Current BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
β’ No set minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
