This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Perform behavioral assessments and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical oversight and guidance to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Maintain precise documentation and ensure services adhere to ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Current BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Completely remote role with flexible scheduling options.
β’ No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
