This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Execute behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians who are implementing the programs.
• Track client advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and confirm that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Completely remote position with adaptable scheduling.
• No minimum or maximum caseload obligations.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for additional state licensing.
