This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Execute behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians who are implementing programs.
• Track client advancement and modify treatment plans as required.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling.
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
• No non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for additional state licensure.
