This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Perform behavioral assessments and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across various states.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preference for experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.
