This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support project teams in the economic evaluation of construction projects.

• Further develop claims management in collaboration with management.

• Assess contractual deviations and prepare claims for additional work.

• Analyze specifications, contracts, and tender documents.

• Identify potential claims during project execution.

• Create notices of delay and other contract-relevant correspondence.

• Economically evaluate claims and assist in price determination.

• Coordinate with project managers, site managers, and clients.

• Prepare for claims negotiations and eventually conduct them independently.

• Actively shape and optimize claims processes within the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in construction, e.g., civil engineering or industrial engineering.

• Alternatively, qualification as a construction technician or comparable technical qualification.

• Technical understanding of construction processes.

• Interest in economic contexts.

• Knowledge of VOB/B regulations.

• Understanding of contractual relationships.

• Proficient use of MS Office.

• Fluent in German.

• Initial professional experience in the main construction industry (nice to have).

• Experience in calculation, construction management, construction accounting, or claims management (nice to have).

• Familiarity with specifications (nice to have).

• Negotiation skills in interactions with clients (nice to have).
