This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Diagnose, repair, and conduct preventive maintenance on banking security systems, including security cameras, access control, alarm systems, drive-up banking equipment, vaults, safe deposit boxes, and ATMs.
• Install new equipment and provide support to existing clients by attending to service requests.
• Serve as a mentor for junior team members, sharing technical expertise and skills.
• Identify and resolve issues with various systems and equipment.
• Address customer service inquiries, scheduled maintenance visits, and urgent service requests.
• Recognize potential project obstacles and aid in the development of strategies to keep costs and timelines on track.
• Maintain consistent communication with team members to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in the electronic security sector.
• Prior construction experience, including some electrical or low voltage background.
• CT Journeyman / Low Voltage License.
• Rhode Island alarm system license.
• Relevant trade certification (e.g., Electrician) is preferred.
• Experience in one or more of the following fields: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation is preferred.
• Familiarity with Axis, Bosch, DMP, Lenel, or Software House is preferred.
