Banking & Partnership Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Identify, establish, and enhance relationships with strategic partners (PSPs, aggregators, technology platforms) and banking or financial institutions focused on payment product solutions.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of partnerships and banking products, from initial outreach and commercial negotiations to onboarding and ongoing management.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Localpayment's product portfolio and strategy to pinpoint suitable partners and banking providers, cultivating those relationships to bolster payment solutions.

• Provide market insights, trends in product and technology, and innovative alliance ideas to enhance the company’s commercial offerings and create market differentiation.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Accounting, Product, Support/Operations) to collect and submit all necessary information for onboarding and compliance purposes.

• Track outstanding items and ensure that deadlines and compliance requirements are adhered to.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in operations, business, or banking operations, with a robust network of connections in the banking and partners sector.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fintech environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

• Familiarity with payment rails.

• Outstanding communication and coordination abilities, both internally and externally.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese is an added advantage).

• Proactive, dependable, and capable of navigating institutional processes with persistence and ownership.

• Competence in using digital tools and online banking systems.
