Banking Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive management of applications for operational, client, and merchant bank/EMI accounts in diverse iGaming jurisdictions.

• Collect and organize corporate legal documentation, UBO ownership papers, and operational flowcharts to comply with banking underwriting criteria.

• Cultivate relationships with bank relationship managers and monitor ongoing applications to reduce setup delays.

• Manage annual bank evaluations and address ad-hoc transaction inquiries.

• Inform banking partners about changes to corporate structure.

• Establish account access and document fees, limits, and cut-off times for the seamless transition to the Finance team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in opening corporate bank/EMI accounts within iGaming, cryptocurrency, or high-risk FinTech sectors.

• Strong grasp of UBO corporate structures, apostilled documents, and banking underwriting requirements.

• Familiarity with global banking practices, SEPA/SWIFT routes, EMIs, and payment institutions.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Tenacity in pursuing updates on applications.

• Proficient communication in English.

• Nice-to-have: Previous experience or background in PSP (Payment Service Provider) onboarding, acquiring solutions, and payment gateway integrations.
