Banking Labor Attorney – Specialist in Labor Law Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Composing legal articles that concentrate on plaintiff-side labor cases within the banking industry.

• Conducting case law research and pinpointing pertinent topics for content related to the labor rights of bank employees.

• Performing a technical review and enhancement of materials generated by the marketing agency.

• Crafting scripts for videos and various digital content formats.

• Creating written content for the website, blog, social media, and other institutional materials.

• Translating intricate legal concepts into content that is easily understandable for the general audience.

• Collaborating closely with the Head of New Business to aid in establishing institutional authority, strengthening the brand, and enhancing the firm’s digital presence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a law degree.

• Strong understanding of Labor Law and Labor Procedure.

• Significant experience in plaintiff-side labor litigation.

• Consistent background in representing bank employees.

• Exceptional legal writing abilities.

• Capability to distill complex subjects while maintaining technical accuracy.

• Proven history of producing legal texts, articles, strategic briefs, institutional publications, or digital content.

• Enthusiasm for legal communication, institutional branding, and content creation.

• Analytical, creative, organized, and proactive demeanor.

• Experience as a legal writer is desirable.

• Involvement in content production for law firms is desirable.

• Experience in developing content aimed at client acquisition and enhancing a legal brand is desirable.

• Familiarity with AI tools utilized in content development is desirable.
