This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Managing customer emails through a ticketing system
• Ongoing maintenance and follow-up with current customers
• Providing support via telephone
• Oversight of customer records
• Fluent in German
• Basic computer proficiency
• Fully equipped home office setup (desk, chair, internet connection, laptop or PC, noise-cancelling headset)
• Strong motivation and work ethic
• Dependable high-speed internet connection
• Competitive monthly salary (€1,200.00)
• Fully remote work (home office)
• Working hours between 08:00 - 17:00 (German time)
• Maximum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (weekends off)
• 20 vacation days plus all German public holidays off
