Backend Software Engineer – Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development utilizing Node.js.

• Proven expertise in building APIs, including design, implementation, and documentation.

• Experience with integration of third-party systems and APIs.

• Knowledge of databases, including:

• Relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

• Non-relational (MongoDB, Redis)

• Familiarity with development best practices such as:

• SOLID principles, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and identifying Code Smells.

• Experience with testing methods including:

• Unit testing

• Integration testing

• End-to-end (E2E) testing

• Understanding of security best practices.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience with version control systems (Git / GitHub).

• Experience in monitoring application performance and managing production workloads.
