Backend Software Engineer, Authentication

📋 Description

• Engaging in discussions and refining architectural strategies to deliver solutions for our clients.

• Assisting and enhancing the team's capabilities to achieve unmatched technical productivity, reliability, and simplicity.

• Taking the lead in creating and maintaining automated test suites, thoroughly investigating production issues, and designing as well as developing load tests, benchmarks, tools, and procedures to ensure reliability.

• Mentoring and supporting engineers on the team, helping them to reach new professional milestones in their careers.

• Assessing and implementing essential software tools, processes, and metrics.

• Actively participating in CloudWalk's engineering-wide initiatives.

• Possesses experience with cryptographic authentication systems.

• Has experience with PCI-compliant systems.

• Has managed critical infrastructure and collaborated with leading cloud providers (such as GCP, AWS, Terraform).

• Develops databases and/or data-intensive applications.

• Holds some understanding of the Brazilian payments ecosystem.

• Is skilled in software development using Rust.

• Exhibits exceptional communication skills.

• Demonstrates advanced English communication proficiency, primarily for internal interactions with our diverse, multinational team.
