Backend Engineer – Voyager Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Assist in the maintenance and advancement of the Ruby on Rails monolith of the platform

• Navigate through architectural complexities

• Resolve critical issues

• Ensure that new features are integrated effortlessly using Kotlin, Ruby, or TypeScript

• Work collaboratively with the Voyager Team to improve the core ecosystem

• Experience with Java or Kotlin is essential

• Familiarity with SpringBoot-based REST API development

• Knowledge of complex Ruby on Rails applications is required

• Understanding of PostgreSQL databases

• Familiarity with Cloud Services, such as AWS, Apache Pulsar, and AWS Neptune

• Experience in DevOps, including CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Spinnaker, DataDog, and Terraform

• Frontend experience with React & TypeScript is a significant advantage
