This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage backend systems that support AI-driven functionalities in a production setting.

• Create inference pipelines, orchestration layers, and define service boundaries for models.

• Take responsibility for production aspects: monitoring, logging, alerting, and managing incidents.

• Enhance latency and throughput across inference, caching, batching, and streaming processes.

• Proven experience in operating high-throughput, low-latency services.

• Knowledge of AI inference methodologies (LLMs, embeddings, multimodal).

• Proficient in troubleshooting distributed systems under load.
