This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, maintain, and support backend services and APIs that drive customer-facing websites and marketing platforms.
• Create and sustain integrations between Marketing Operations systems (such as Marketo and Salesforce) to ensure dependable data flow and workflow automation.
• Contribute to the design and upkeep of databases to meet marketing and customer data requirements, with an emphasis on reliability and performance.
• Construct and manage APIs and services that connect with third-party platforms and internal tools.
• Enhance backend code and processes for optimal performance, scalability, and stability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and marketing stakeholders to provide high-quality digital experiences.
• Diagnose and resolve backend issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation for systems, integrations, and processes.
• Update relevant stakeholders on progress, risks, and status updates.
• 1–3 years of experience in developing and supporting backend systems, APIs, or services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, preferably AWS (e.g., Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and similar services).
• Experience in building or maintaining server-side APIs using Ruby, Python (Django, Flask), Node.js, or comparable backend technologies.
• Familiarity with marketing technology stacks and their integrations (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms) is highly beneficial.
• Exposure to contemporary web architectures such as composable or JAMStack environments.
• Proven experience utilizing AI tools and technologies to enhance workflows, improve decision-making, or foster innovation.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
