Backend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain services utilizing .NET within a microservice architecture.

• Collaborate with event-driven systems leveraging Kafka and Temporal for orchestrating workflows.

• Construct and enhance data layers employing MongoDB and Redis.

• Deploy services in Kubernetes (k8s) environments.

• Engage directly with product teams from initial concept to production release.

• Develop frontend components using React as needed.

• Integrate AI development tools like Claude Code into your daily development routine.

• Work with MCP servers and adopt agentic development workflows.

• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and the ongoing enhancement of our platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong proficiency in .NET/C#.

• Solid understanding of Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, and Temporal.

• Experience in building and operating microservices deployed on Kubernetes.

• Practical experience with event-driven design patterns.

• Strong knowledge of React.

• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or OpenAI Codex.

• Experience with MCP servers and agentic development workflows.

• Proven ability to work closely with product teams, taking features from concept to production.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

• Nice to Have

• Experience in ecommerce or supply chain sectors.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps practices.
