Backend Developer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Create and execute multi-file coding assignments that encompass bug resolution, feature enhancements, code refactoring, and testing.

• Draft clear specifications in natural language along with reference implementations.

• Build and expand both unit and integration test suites.

• Assess peer-created tasks for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Recognize edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure scenarios.

• Ensure consistency among specifications, code, and anticipated outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written proficiency in English at an advanced professional level.

• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in software engineering.

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with a working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.

• Demonstrated capability to debug and manage large, multi-file codebases.

• Background in conducting code reviews, refactoring, and executing production migrations.
