Backend Developer – AI Trainer

📋 Description

• Create and execute multi-file coding assignments encompassing bug resolution, feature creation, code refactoring, and testing

• Generate clear specifications in natural language along with reference implementations

• Develop and enhance unit and integration test suites

• Assess peer-generated tasks for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility

• Detect edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure scenarios

• Ensure consistency among specifications, code, and anticipated results

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced written proficiency in English at a professional level

• 3 to 7 years of experience in professional software engineering

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Java, C#, or Go is advantageous

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments

• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing)

• Demonstrated ability to debug and navigate extensive, multi-file codebases

• Familiarity with code reviews, refactoring processes, and production migrations
