Back end Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to launch AI-driven features

• Enhance the speed, scalability, and adaptability of the app and API services

• Design and develop AI Agents, RAG pipelines, model fine-tuning, and crawling processes

• Guarantee the high performance and availability of applications

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a backend developer

• Proven experience with high-traffic and high-performance applications

• Inquisitive developer who engages with AI and AI agents on a daily basis

• Proficient in TypeScript

• Experience with Node.js

• Familiarity with TDD, BDD, or ATDD methodologies

• Knowledge of REST APIs

• Experience with MongoDB, AWS DocumentDB, or similar document databases
