This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and expand the markets in Santa Catarina and Paraná.
• Offer hydrological monitoring and early-warning solutions to municipalities, civil defense agencies, and municipal consortia.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, which includes in-person visits, assessing municipal needs, conducting proof-of-concept projects, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Actively prospect through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
• Cultivate relationships with mayors and government departments.
• Create and manage your own sales pipeline by identifying and prioritizing municipalities, consortia, civil defense agencies, and river basin organizations.
• Navigate public procurement processes up to contract signing.
• Enhance existing accounts by adding more monitoring points, modules, and neighboring municipalities.
• Maintain an updated CRM, deliver accurate forecasts, and report weekly to the sales leadership team.
• Represent the company at industry events and forums.
• Relay market feedback to the product and engineering teams.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience (mid-level) or 5 years of experience (senior) in consultative B2B or B2G sales within technology, SaaS, IoT, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
• Demonstrated success in achieving targets and managing lengthy sales cycles.
• Capability to learn and articulate technical product concepts.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
• Previous experience working remotely or in field sales, with a focus on remote reporting.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Santa Catarina and Paraná.
• Must be based in Santa Catarina or Paraná, or be ready to relocate.
• Preferred: experience in selling to municipalities, civil defense agencies, sanitation organizations, environmental agencies, or public works departments.
• Preferred: established professional network in Santa Catarina and/or Paraná within the public sector or municipal associations.
• Preferred: degree or familiarity with engineering, geosciences, environmental studies, or public administration.
• Preferred: intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish.
• Engagement as a contractor (PJ arrangement).
• Field expense allowance covering travel, fuel, tolls, and accommodation.
