• Taking full ownership of the B2C member journey from start to finish, providing engaging and value-driven experiences across various touchpoints.
• Strategizing, crafting, constructing, and executing campaigns aimed at enhancing engagement, activation, and product adoption.
• Identifying gaps and opportunities within the member journey, and developing lifecycle and CRM campaigns to enhance member outcomes.
• Tracking campaign and engagement performance, leveraging data and insights to continuously refine results.
• Presenting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Experimenting with new channels, messaging, and growth opportunities through a data-driven, test-and-learn methodology.
• Producing compelling member-facing content for email, intranet, posters, and digital communications.
• Serving as the internal authority on member engagement, messaging quality, and customer communications.
• Assisting in the development and ongoing enhancement of CRM journeys, marketing processes, and engagement frameworks.
• Working collaboratively with Customer Success, Product, and Commercial teams to elevate the overall member experience.
• Proven experience in B2C marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, with a history of managing campaigns from inception to completion.
• Exceptional copywriting abilities, capable of crafting clear, persuasive messaging that appeals to a consumer audience.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms for managing campaigns, journeys, and engagement analytics.
• Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to interpret performance data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• A proactive, high-agency mindset, confident in collaborating cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders, constructively challenging, and taking initiative without waiting for direction.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences and communications.
• Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine desire to test, enhance, and continuously optimize performance.
• Experience balancing strategic thinking with practical execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Background in fintech, financial services, employee benefits, payroll, or SaaS sectors.
• Familiarity with public sector audiences, including NHS or local government organizations.
• Experience in a scaling or high-growth business setting.
• Exposure to a wider range of marketing channels beyond CRM and email.
