• Serve as the main point of contact for corporate partners, offering expert advice and resolving intricate inquiries within the customer support services domain.

• Oversee B2B relationships by proactively meeting client needs and ensuring exceptional service across all support channels.

• Uphold high customer satisfaction levels by providing customized, high-value solutions in Italian.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service processes and improve the overall quality of support operations in Bulgaria.

• Evaluate client feedback to discern trends and propose enhancements to the B2B service delivery model.

• Keep abreast of industry developments to offer knowledgeable, professional consultations to business partners.

• Represent the premium brand with professionalism, ensuring interactions align with company standards.

• Native or fluent Italian, both spoken and written, is essential for this client-facing role.

• Professional proficiency in English is required.

• Strong experience or interest in the customer support services sector, with a focus on B2B relationship management.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must.

• A problem-solving mentality and a proactive work ethic are essential.

• A valid EU passport is required for eligibility for international relocation.

• Previous experience in a consultative or client-support position is a plus.
