This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Identify and seek out new business opportunities within the Australian market

• Conduct research and reach out to potential clients, partners, and key decision-makers

• Establish, cultivate, and sustain strong relationships with both prospective and current clients

• Comprehend clients’ needs related to operations, communication, and digital transformation

• Clearly present Letshare’s solutions and align them with each client’s business challenges

• Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting and outreach to meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals

• Identify strategic partnership opportunities to bolster Letshare’s business expansion in Australia

• Keep precise records of sales activities, pipeline progress, client feedback, and market insights

• Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure client expectations are accurately understood and communicated

• Enhance customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and clear communication

• Consistently achieve or exceed established sales targets


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in Australia

• Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, or B2B commercial roles

• Significant experience selling to companies in the Australian market

• Proven success in prospecting, lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals

• Experience in selling SaaS, software, digital solutions, IT services, operational tools, or technology products is a strong asset

• Familiarity with manufacturing, operations, internal communication, digital transformation, or process improvement solutions is a plus

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

• Fluent in English, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and remain motivated in a commission-driven environment

• Strong networking, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills

• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach
