B2B Sales Manager, Batteries for UAVs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs, technical specifications, and product integration details.

• Present and sell customized battery pack solutions to UAV manufacturers.

• Establish and nurture strong, professional, and trust-based relationships with clients and partners.

• Conduct product demonstrations, consultations, and technical discussions with both potential and existing clients.

• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and negotiations to closing deals and ensuring repeat business.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their technical and commercial needs.

• Engage in the expansion of the company's partner network in Ukraine.

• Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, meetings, and negotiations.

• Address client concerns in a professional and tactful manner, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with UAV manufacturers or firms engaged in UAV production, integration, or related technical domains.

• Strong grasp of B2B sales, client relationship management, and technical coordination.

• Ability to comprehend technical products and effectively communicate their value to clients.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian.

• Willingness to travel throughout Ukraine for client meetings, exhibitions, and negotiations.

• Proactive approach, independence, accountability, and a strong results-oriented mindset.

• Previous experience in B2B sales of UAV components, batteries, electronics, or similar technical products will be viewed favorably.
