This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic growth and enhancement of our B2B operations: forging long-lasting partnerships with key account companies.
• Overseeing key accounts throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Networking & acquisition: actively reaching out to potential new partner companies.
• Re-engaging current contacts within the B2B sector.
• Delivering presentations and pitches to decision-makers.
• Process optimization & Sales Enablement: assessing partner volumes and implementing commercial strategies.
• Collaborating closely with Operations, Fleet, and Product & Marketing teams.
• Providing support & development: offering tailored partner assistance and creating joint solutions and referral frameworks.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience within the automotive sector (car rental, leasing, mobility, dealership, etc.).
• Familiarity with B2B sales that involve lengthy sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing customers from initial outreach to closing deals.
• Proficient in presenting, following up, and executing strategic closings.
• Capable of activating networks, cultivating relationships, and reliably closing deals.
• Patient yet driven by results.
• Comfortable with CRM systems, data management, and processes as essential tools in your repertoire.
