
B2B Sales Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• This role is focused on hands-on sales activities.
• 60% of your time will be dedicated to proactively identifying and reaching out to potential B2B clients, with a strong emphasis on making calls.
• 30% will encompass meetings and administrative responsibilities, including:
• Crafting presentations and delivering them to clients.
• Drafting offers, contracts, and managing documentation for invoicing.
• Analyzing data and producing reports using Pipedrive as our CRM.
• Collaborating on the enhancement of Hedepy for Business.
• 10% of your role will involve leading István and Adam, your two direct reports, through coaching, weekly one-on-one meetings, and assisting them in closing their own sales.
• Native or C2 proficiency in Hungarian, with fluent English (B2+).
• A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 1 year selling SaaS or subscription-based products.
• At least 1 year of formal management experience with at least one direct report focused on revenue targets.
• Comfort with making cold calls consistently, not just being open to the idea.
• Regular use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar) integrated into your daily sales processes, which we will inquire about in detail.
• Availability to work under a B2B freelance agreement.
• Direct sales experience targeting HR, People Ops, or Employee Wellbeing purchasers.
• Experience in selling within healthcare, mental health, or other sensitive/regulatory sectors.
• Proven experience in building a market from the ground up (not merely taking over an existing pipeline).
• Must be based in Budapest; while we operate remotely, local presence is advantageous for the Hungarian market.
• Alongside the base salary, you will be eligible for a bonus linked to closed partnerships and meetings, with no cap on the bonus amount.
