This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Responsible for prospecting and managing a high-value Corporate client portfolio for the company.
• Provide B2B customer service by prospecting new large accounts from predefined leads (characterized clients) and presenting the product portfolio.
• Define the commercial strategy for engaging with existing clients and prospects, focusing on revenue growth for the company.
• Operate consultatively, understanding needs and opportunities to develop value propositions.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, ensuring access for the company.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of the portfolio, focusing on opportunities and relationship building.
• Identify and prospect opportunities while leading negotiations aimed at closing sales.
• Increase the share of wallet by seeking new solutions and services for existing clients.
• Conduct micro-management of the client portfolio, closely monitoring revenue indicators, churn, delinquency, collections, and client blockages.
• Enhance the company's competitive advantages in the market, including solid growth, plans and services, investments, and network evolution.
• Delight clients through relationship-building and appropriate engagement at events.
• Collaborate effectively with internal support teams (Pre-sales, Marketing, Post-sales, etc.) to ensure satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle within the company.
• Keep information updated in internal systems.
• Degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Processing and Systems, Marketing, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• Experience in B2B sales and/or commercial management.
• Experience in negotiating IT/Telecom services and solutions, as well as current topics like IoT, Cloud, Information Security, and AI.
• Experience and knowledge of the service portfolio (fixed, mobile, VAS, connectivity, IoT, Cloud, Security, AI).
